Explosive growth for MEMS in our Saskatoon office! 

Celebrating 25 years of providing environmental consulting services to resource development companies in western Canada; we are privately owned specializing in providing high-quality, personalized environmental science and technology solutions.

Excitement continues to happen with Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd. (MEMS). Our team of environmental professionals and clients have fueled the success and growth of MEMS.  Since June 2022, when we opened our office at 116 Research Drive at Innovation Place, we have experienced a 600% growth rate!

Our technical team in the Saskatoon office brings diverse knowledge and skills to support key clients and sectors within Saskatchewan, including environmental management systems, regulatory approvals, mining permitting, operational expansion and reclamation planning with qualified water resource engineering, risk management services and environmental remediation.  We offer full service environmental experience to the mining sector. Our Saskatchewan team is built on the foundation of MEMS’ Core Value of Service through Quality, Teamwork, Trustworthiness, and Innovation.

Janice Paslawski, P.Eng., QP-Tier 3, leads our growth from our Saskatoon office located along with Hilary Lavoie, P.Geo., QP-Tier 3. and Marcia Fortier, P.Geo. joining our team of 15 Environmental Professionals.

Our experience in Saskatchewan has included innovative solutions for environmental data management, owner’s representative services with regard to regulatory obligations and environmental stewardship. Our team has diverse experience with the Environmental Code, the Oil and Gas regulatory systems as well as the Saskatchewan Mining Act. Our team is primarily from Saskatchewan with experience in servicing the Environmental needs of our province while bringing in a National base for environmental solutions.  We have extensive history on the provinces potash mines and have an extensive history on Coal Mining in Western Canada.  Our team offered training to local regulators within Ministry of Energy Regulator in risk based approaches to managing multiple impacted sites in agricultural areas for repurposing and alternative land use solutions that include renewable energy production. 

MEMS is known for contributing to the development of environmental best practices, innovation, use of technology and technical competence. Our staff have the experience, scientific ability, and professionalism to provide our clients with superior, sustainable, and cost-effective services. Our services are divided into six focus areas.
